Valorization of agri-food products in terms of quality, safety and authenticity

Line of research
This research line, developed within the PNRR project "National Research Center for Agricultural Technologies" (Agritech) CN2 Agricultural Technologies and PE10 (Models for sustainable food. PE0000003 "Food & Foodways: innovating food practices, policies and market"), takes advantage of the development, validation and application of extraction procedures and instrumental methods based on liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry.
