This research line is devoted to the determination of environmental contaminants, with special focus towards contaminants of emerging concern. It can be subdivided in: 1) Development of analytical methods based on low-resolution mass spectrometry for targeted determination of environmental contaminants. 2) Development of analytical methods based on high-resolution mass spectrometry and identification strategies for untargeted determination of environmental contaminants and their potential transformation products.
