X-ray diffraction from single crystal (XRD) with diffractometer EXCALIBUR O operating at room temperature (λ = Mo Kα) is available to the staff of the Department only.

Apparatus
Xcalibur O diffractometer works with a 4 wheels goniometer in kappa geometry. It is equipped with a Spellman DF60N3 X-ray generator, an Opal CCD, a video microscope and optic fiber lighting. It works with the CrysAlisPro software package.
