Abstract
1. In the first part Sara Mastromarino will illustrate some recent results of her research on molten salts, which is part of the line of activities aimed at the use of these systems as fuels or as cooling fluids in fourth generation nuclear reactors.
2. The second part of the seminar will present an overview of the study and research opportunities offered by the University of California (UC) at Berkeley, one of the most renowned public universities in the United States, where Sara Mastromarino carries out her research activity . In particular, the possible paths for first and second level graduates will be presented.
The seminar will be held in room D (floor 1st, Building S. Cannizzaro CU014) on Tuesday 21 December at 12.00 and it can be followed on Google Meet platform (the link will be published soon).
