Biography
Born in Rome in 1996, in 2020 he obtained his MSc. in Industrial Chemistry - Polymeric Materials, at Sapienza University of Rome, with a thesis called "Electrospinning of Polymeric Nanofibers in the presence of Functionalised Gold Nanoparticles for Sensing Applications" with Professor Ilaria Fratoddi as supervisor. In November 2020 he was awarded a PhD scholarship in Chemistry at the Department of Chemistry of Sapienza University of Rome. His research interest is the study of metallic and polymeric nanoparticles.

Synthesis and characterisation of metallic nanoparticles functionalised with diferrent thiols, for the study of possible applications in nanomedicine, drug delivery and sensing. Synthesis and characterisation of polymeric nanoparticles for their use in biomedicine as radiotracing agents and drug delivery probes.
