October 2012. Degree in Analytical Chemistry at the University of Rome "Sapienza". Thesis Title: "Determination of explosive traces: application of new analytical extraction methods". June 2013-December 2013. Co.Co.Co Contract at the University of Rome "Sapienza" at the Department of Chemistry. Project: "Optimization of analytical procedures for explosive traces detection". January 2014- April 2015. Fellowship at the University of Rome "Sapienza" at the Department of Chemistry. Project: "Microencapsulation of lactobacilli for nutritional purposes". May 2015- May 2017. Research Grant contract at the University of Rome "Sapienza" at the Department of Chemistry. Project: "New analytical strategies for microencapsulation of probiotics". November 2013. PhD position in Chemical Sciences at the University of Rome "Sapienza", Department of Chemistry.

Research activity: 
The researches of Dr. Risoluti mainly concern the development of new analytical methods in forensic field for the identification of new psychoactive substances in complex matrices, the development of methods based on thermoanalytical techniques (TGA, DSC, TGA-MS) coupled to chemometric techniques for food, clinical and industrial applications; the optimization and validation of chemometric models in applied analytical sciences in particular: coupled spectroscopic techniques (NIR / Chemometrics) for the determination and monitoring of exposure of workers to pharmaceutical active agents; safety and quality control of food analysis; the optimization of innovative microencapsulation techniques of active ingredients, probiotics and functional foods and the study of new drug delivery systems.
