Research activity:
The researches of Dr. Risoluti mainly concern the development of new analytical methods in forensic field for the identification of new psychoactive substances in complex matrices, the development of methods based on thermoanalytical techniques (TGA, DSC, TGA-MS) coupled to chemometric techniques for food, clinical and industrial applications; the optimization and validation of chemometric models in applied analytical sciences in particular: coupled spectroscopic techniques (NIR / Chemometrics) for the determination and monitoring of exposure of workers to pharmaceutical active agents; safety and quality control of food analysis; the optimization of innovative microencapsulation techniques of active ingredients, probiotics and functional foods and the study of new drug delivery systems.
