Cheng Giuseppe Chen was born in Rome in 1996. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry in 2018 and his Master's Degree in Chemistry (Inorganic - Physical Chemistry curriculum) at Sapienza University. His Master's thesis revolved around the modelling the electronic properties of alanine in solution using QM/MM methods and was completed under the supervision of professor Marco D'Abramo. Since November 2020 he is enrolled in the Ph.D course in Chemical Sciences at Sapienza University. His work focuses on the computational description of biological systems using MD, ab initio and QM/MM methods under the supervision of professor Marco D'Abramo.
