Analytical methods based on the use of enzymes

Line of research
The aim of research is the development of analytical methods by the use of enzymes in free or immobilized form. The specificity and selectivity of enzymes makes them particularly suitable for the characterization and determination of various organic substances. The immobilization of the biocatalyst, presenting significant advantages over free enzymes is particularly suitable for the resolution of problems in the arts (eg . cleaning), food and environment.
