Biography
Gaia Salvatori was born in Rome on 14/03/1996. In October 2020 she obtained her Master’s Degree in Industrial Chemistry with the maximum grade of 110 cum laude discussing the thesis entitled “Polyhydroxyalkanoates from mixed microbial cultures: production, extraction and characterization” under the supervision of Prof. Mauro Majone. Since November 2020 she has been working with a Phd fellowship in industrial and environmental chemical processes at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”. This field studies the production of polyhydroxyalkanoates from mixed microbial cultures through innovative approaches to improve the production process.

Il campo di ricerca è inerente alla produzione di poliidrossialcanoati da colture microbiche miste mediante approcci innovativi per migliorare le prestazioni del processo.
