Erica Quagliarini

Dottorando in Scienze chimiche XXXIV Ciclo
Biography
I was born in Rome on 04/19/1992 and on July 2011 Igraduated in classical studies in 'Terenzio Mamiani' state school in Rome. In the same year I enrolled in the Faculty of Chemistry at the 'La Sapienza' University of Rome, finishing the three-year cycle in May 2015. In September 2015 I moved to Bologna to carry out the Chemical Innovation and Regulation master's degree course at the Alma Mater Studiorum University. After a year I left the course because it had little to do with my studies and I enrolled in the Master's Degree in Organic Chemistry, earning my degree in September 2018. During the Master's degree course I had the opportunity to do an internship training for a period of 4 months in Spain at the Institute of Nanosciences of Aragon (INA) in Zaragoza. This allowed me to improve my skills in the field of nanosciences so that once I graduated I decided to return to Rome and take a doctorate in Chemical Sciences at La Sapienza University in a research project based also on nanosciences. In November 2018 I won a three-year doctoral scholarship.
