Biography
In 1993 he graduated cum laude in Chemistry at the University of Rome "La Sapienza". After graduation he continues to work as research fellow at CNR and University . Since 2001 he is CNR researcher. He conducts research in the field of high temperatures thermodynamics and on the use of solar energy. He has published more than 60 articles in international journals.

Research activity: 
The research developed in two main fields, the first relates to the design and testing of reactors for the production of hydrogen from water using solar energy. In a solar furnace were tested the so called "sulfur-iodine" and "ferrites" cycles. The other area of research concerned the determination of the thermodynamic parameters of sublimation and vaporization processes of organic and inorganic substances. These parameters are determined through the vapor pressures measured by thermogravimetry
