Biography
Benedetta Brugnoli is a PhD student in Chemical Sciences (XXXVI cycle). She is currently working as a Visiting PhD student at University of Nottingham (01/03/2022 - 31/08/2022). She won a scholarship at the Institute of Crystallography (IC) of the CNR - Secondary Office of Monterotondo, Research Area of ​​CNR RM1, about the synthesis and characterization of nanostructured materials for sensing applications (07/01/2021- 31/08/2021). She obtained a Master's degree in Industrial Chemistry (20/10/2022), Polymeric Materials curriculum, concerning the development and characterization of 2D matrices based on alginate and xylitol for wound healing, at Sapienza University of Rome. In 2018 she obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Chemistry with a thesis on the preparation and characterization of anti-adhesive coatings based on Pluronic applied on silicone, at the same university.
