Title of the thesis: “Analytical characterization of mono-cultivar extra virgin olive oils and their discrimination by means of multivariate statistical analysis and artificial neural networks”.

2004: PhD in Chemical Sciences at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”. Title of the thesis: “A chemometric approach to the evaluation of the quality of foodstuff”.
