A University facility for the structural characterization of matter at the nano- and meso-scale
SAXSLab Sapienza is a laboratory for structural characterization of solid and solution systems at the meso- and nanoscopic scale.
Thanks to the funding granted with a “Grandi Attrezzature” project of the Sapienza University of Rome, a multifunctional SAXS platform (Xeuss 2.0 HR Q-Xoom) has been installed, which is capable of Small Angle X-Ray Scattering (SAXS), Wide Angle X-ray Scattering (WAXS) and Grazing Incidence Small Angle Scattering (GISAXS) experiments.
